Antique Dutch Chest
Condition: Very Good for age and history
This low, three drawer Dutch commode still has the wonderful blue/gray washed finish of the Scandinavian pieces from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Each drawer has two rings as pulls rather than knobs and makes a unique piece for any room and blends with any style by either telling a color or design story. This piece was found in Les Puce in Paris sitting next to our wonderful Danish tall clock. The booth was full of Scandinavian antiques in the Gustavian style.
